Some activity types (listed above) allow the user to attach files to their submission. However, no matter how much data your faculty and staff enter or upload, your institution is not charged by the user or amount of data. There is just a low, flat-rate for all institutions. The only limitations are on individual file sizes and types of files which can be uploaded.
Permissions, and Level of Access
Supervisors, program heads, administrators, etc, are able to view the entire history that faculty and staff under them have entered. This can be at the departmental or college level.
